Professional Actor Study Adult SUMMER SUNDAYS
with Estes Tarver

This class is designed for actors who have either already had serious training, are working professionally already, or have studied with Estes previously and have been admitted. Actors seeking to work seriously in Film, Television, and Theatre. Class will focus on scene study, building an unbreakable sense of truth, and general fine tuning of acting technique. This class will also be a good place for working actors to work their chops. We will also touch on Dialects, and any requested work by the students.
Adult Acting Intermediate / Advanced SUMMER
with Sean McCracken

This will be a scene study class for the intermediate to advanced actor. Actors must either have at least one year of scene study, the recommendation of the instructor, or have had previous training. Class will focus on scene study, building an unbreakable sense of truth, and general fine tuning of acting technique. Students will work on the fundamentals of performance and character development incorporating the techniques of Uta Hagen, Sanford Meisner and Constantine Stanislavsky. Script analysis, sense of truth, and personalization will also be vital to developing your scenes and monologues. This will be a fun, safe learning environment culminating in a class showcase at the end for invited guests.

Adult Acting Fundamentals SUMMER SUNDAYS

This will be an introductory class for the new or beginning actor focusing on the basics of acting, scene study, performance technique, working in a collaborative setting, and the techniques of Uta Hagen, Stanislavsky, and Sanford Meisner. Students will also focus on building their sense of play in a group setting and a safe environment. The beginnings of script analysis, sense of truth, and personalization will also be achieved. Commercial work will also be addressed as well as on camera technique. This will be a fun and safe learning environment culminating in a class showcase at the end for invited guests.
Adult Fundamentals THURSDAYS SUMMER SECTION

Shakespeare Sessions SUMMER
with Ray Dooley

For actors 16 and up, this class serves young actors seeking to find monologues for auditions as well as experienced actors seeking a deeper understanding and practice in working in Shakespeare. Work in the class is tailored to the individual actor and is conducted in a master-class format, with each student working in each class. Class is capped at 6 to ensure individual instruction and begins with a pre-course interview to determine the student’s goals for the course.
SUMMER VOCAL INTENSIVE Ages 11 to 14

Love to sing? Dive deeper and build core foundation for vocal work and performance. This intensive lasts four weeks. Each student will come to class with (at least) two song choices of contrasting style to workshop. In addition, each session will delve into these topics:
1 - It begins with the breath - proper breathing, posture tricks and tension relievers to give us the power and proper tone for singing.
2 - Ear Training and Scales - get more comfortable with the building blocks for singing great melodies and nailing the pitch!
3 - Agility and Strength - learn techniques and exercises to build and develop your voice and navigate vocal registers.
4 - Performance Practice - an informal session showcase where we will practice what we preach! Learn how to put it all together, deal with nerves, and still have FUN!

Kids Improv & Acting Summer Camp!

Ages 7-10
Time: 9 a.m.- 4pm P.M.
Spend the week playing games and using your imaginations to create improvised scenes and also learn to have fun acting out a script! Campers will do Improv in the AM with Megan and ACTING in the PM with Rachel Kanakanui! Learn various improv games, as well as doing some fun play activities. We will build confidence, learn how to create characters and think on our feet! Camp will end in a showcase for parents and Friends!
